After months of waiting and battleing idiots we closed on our new 99 year-old house on April 20, 2006! Hooray!Follow along as we turn a dump into a disaster. We'll share resources, progress and opinions.
To begin with, if you're looking for a Buyer's Agent, we highly recommend Russ Murray. Russ was excellent and an invaluable resource for an otherwise very frustrating transaction. He was incredibly knowledgable and pleasant to work with.
