The first big project
The first big project we decided to tackle was to take out the wall in the living room that divided the living room and a bedroom. A large, open living area was much more desirable to us than an extra small bedroom. What a piece of construction mastery! The interior walls (forming the bedroom) had been insulated and were very creatively constructed, which made for great fun in the deconstruction. Better yet, the furnace thermostat had been wired directly onto the drywall! Just a few of the many surprises that lay ahead...
